a chosen people
We can see the suffering and darkness
closing in all around us in this world today,
and yet we find ourselves, a chosen people, a
holy nation looking upwards for a miracle from God to rain down.
Yet we know that Jesus the king of love,
the lion Himself, with all His power and glory
lives in us together, His body.
So isn't it true that we are actually looking upwards, for something we already have
been given in abundance?
